It was another day away from that hellhole you called home. You were trying to enjoy the freedom, but guiltiness was inside you. You left your two best friends behind, the two who saved you, the two who gave your life meaning. Now you felt really really bad for leaving them back there. You then got lonely and scared. They were always there to help and protect you. You love them with all your heart. You just didn't know if they would return your feelings...

Hours upon hours of walking in the cold cold snow, you sat down under a tree to rest. You didn't really planned this very well. You had no destination. No shelter to go to, but you didn't care. All that mattered was that, you were away from your parents. The fights, the yelling, the breaking of glass and plates. It never left your mind. It still ringed in your head, and it hurt. You began to eat some of the food you brought with you, since it was noon. You took very slow bites, since you were thinking about Lukas and Emil. Then your cheeks started to burn, due to your thoughts. Very... fluffy thoughts. Kissing and hugging. The I love yous, all of those thoughts were making you blush madly. You brushed them off and got up when you finished eating. Then began walking again.

To Iceland

Lukas and I were walking down a trail of someone's footprints that seemed just the size of _____'s feet. They were faded, but still there, to our relief. It lead us to a nearby town, we then asked the people if they saw her. Some said yes, but didn't know where she went.

But then... we got a lead.

Someone working at a cafe saw her walk out of town to the next town over. We gave them our thanks and began running, searching for her. By then we found her, walking in the snow. But before we were in range of her, she disappeared into the forest once more. We lost track of her. Damn it! We were so close, and we lost her. Just our luck. But we weren't going to give up.

We continued walking, following her footprints,
        along with a trail of determination
                                and hope
                                       within Lukas and I.
